NH Swain Custom Builders ("we") builds and renovates homes. This policy explains what information we collect from clients, subcontractors, suppliers and others we work with, and how we use it.

What we collect

Names, phone numbers, email and mailing addresses, project addresses, and the documents and messages you send us (such as invoices, estimates, plans, photos and texts), plus the project, scheduling and billing records we keep for your job.

How we use it

Only to run our projects: to schedule work, send updates, estimates, change orders and invoices, pay and get paid, answer your questions, and keep the records our business and the law require.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your project or our work together. See our Text Message Terms. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work — for example with the subcontractors, suppliers, designers and town officials on your project — and with the service providers that run our systems (such as our software, email, texting and accounting providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Our records are kept in password-protected systems with access limited to our staff who need them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing nason@nhswain.com or calling 508-776-8830.
