These terms apply to NH Swain Custom Builders (NH Swain Custom Builders Inc) communications with the clients, subcontractors and suppliers we work with. Construction work itself is governed by the written contract for each project.

SMS Terms

What these texts are

NH Swain Custom Builders sends text messages to the clients, subcontractors and suppliers we work with, about our projects: scheduling and reminders, job updates, requests for information, and confirmations that we received your invoice or documents. You can also text us invoices, photos and questions.

How you sign up

You agree to receive these texts by signing up on our project texts page and ticking the consent box, or when you give us your mobile number for project communication and agree to texts — in person, by phone, by email, on a signed agreement or work order — or when you text our number first. We confirm with a first text that tells you how to stop. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of doing business with us.

How often

Message frequency varies with the work on your project. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 508-776-8830 or nason@nhswain.com.

Your information

We use your number only to communicate with you about our work. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
